The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender for Business, and Cisco Meraki solutions.
This role will be pivotal in supporting the transition away from our MSP and building an in-house capability for endpoint management and secure network infrastructure.Key responsibilitiesConfigure and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint provisioning, compliance, and application deploymentAdminister Microsoft Defender for Business for endpoint security and threat responseSet up and manage Cisco Meraki networks, including switches, wireless access points, and firewallsDesign and implement secure network infrastructure for new clinic locationsMonitor and troubleshoot network and endpoint performance issuesCollaborate with internal teams to transition services away from the current MSPMaintain documentation for IT systems, policies, and proceduresProvide technical support for escalated IT issues across clinic sitesDevice provisioning and configurationCompliance and conditional access policiesApplication deployment and patch managementEndpoint protection and monitoringThreat detection and incident responsePolicy enforcement and remediationConfiguration of switches, firewalls, and wireless networksSite-to-site VPNs and remote accessDashboard administration for multi-site environmentsClinic Network SetupPlanning and deploying new clinic infrastructureEnsuring secure connectivity and redundancyCoordinating internet service and hardware installationMust have Qualifications & SkillsProven experience with Microsoft Intune (endpoint enrollment, policies, application deployment)Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for BusinessStrong knowledge of Cisco Meraki (network configuration, Meraki Dashboard, VPNs)Experience with setting up and supporting clinic or multi-site networksStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and documentation abilitiesMicrosoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-400, AZ-104)Cisco/Meraki certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Meraki CMNA)Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and conditional access policiesPrevious experience transitioning from an MSP to in-house IT managementKnowledge of HIPAA or other healthcare data compliance standardsSome of the benefits includeFlexible work environmentReward and recognition programsCollaborative team environment with regular social eventsBirthday leaveFree parking / close to public transport.
