Graduate Electrical Engineers will work on diverse energy infrastructure projects within a leading ASX-listed Australian engineering consultancy.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and designers on projects involving transmission and distribution powerlines and cables
- Design substations up to 500kV
- Contribute to renewable generation and energy storage system projects
- Work on protection, SCADA, and communications design
- Develop earthing, high-voltage, and low-voltage design packages
- Participate in the full project lifecycle from concept and feasibility through detailed design, verification, and construction support
- Rotate through different teams and disciplines as part of a structured two-year graduate program
About You
What you'll need:
- Recent graduate or final year student in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Civil
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, including those with short delivery timeframes
- Keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and performance
- Clear and confident communication skills, capable of producing high-quality technical reports
- Willingness to attend site for data collection, asset assessments, inspections, and commissioning support
- High level of IT proficiency and technical literacy
