Registered Psychologist Job Opportunity
We are expanding our multidisciplinary team of clinicians to include a Registered Psychologist in the therapeutic supports we currently offer. This position will provide expertise and support for NDIS participants across the Dandenong to Mornington Peninsula areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of NDIS Participants and complete therapeutic processes in a timely manner.
* Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments, interpreting findings to determine and achieve intervention goals that align with NDIS Plan goals.
* Deliver person-centred interventions with a systemic focus, including delivery of support and training to stakeholders.
* Monitor signs and symptoms of risk and acute distress during therapeutic interventions and address them appropriately.
* Provide reports to NDIS outlining progress reviews and ongoing areas of need.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant qualifications as a Registered Psychologist.
* Experience working with NDIS participants and their families.
* Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
