About the Role
Working closely with the Agri Commercial team, you will drive outbound and inbound phone-based sales activity to generate classified advertising revenue across ACM Agri's trusted print and digital platforms. This hands‐on telesales role focuses on managing weekly call cycles, re‐engaging lapsed advertisers, and activating new accounts across high‐volume channels like machinery, property, and rural services. It offers an excellent balance of independence and collaboration, with the flexibility to work remotely or via a hybrid arrangement from our Ballarat hub.
What You'll Bring
* Telesales Experience: Proven experience in outbound/inbound phone sales, call‐centre environments, or inside sales roles.
* Communication & Outreach Skills: High confidence in high‐volume outreach, with the ability to build quick rapport and explain advertising options clearly over the phone.
* Administrative & Tech Capability: High attention to detail in processing booking data accurately within CRM (Adpoint) and digital listing tools.
* Target‐Driven Mindset: The motivation to work consistently toward weekly call targets, pipelines, and revenue KPIs.
* Market Awareness (Desirable): Familiarity with agricultural audiences, regional markets, or digital marketplace platforms is highly regarded.
