The Blue Fin Fishing Club is currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual to fill the role of Gaming Team Leader on a full-time basis. The gaming room is one of the busiest areas of the club, consisting of 99 gaming machines.
The primary role of Gaming Team Leader is to deliver a high standard of customer service to our members within the gaming room, whilst providing leadership, training and motivation to all Gaming Attendants.
In addition, the Gaming Team Leader must ensure the gaming department is compliant with all club policies and procedures, both local and government regulations relating to the Gaming and Liquor Act.
Qualifications and Experience
* A demonstrated customer service focus.
* Demonstrated effective training skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Must hold a current RSA and RCG.
* Ability to work a variety of shifts (including evenings, weekends and public holidays).
* Previous gaming experience is essential and supervisory experience is preferred.
* There is also a potential for further career advancement for the right individual.
