About the Job
This role is a key appointment for our organization, requiring an experienced leader to oversee the responsive maintenance team and work closely with the Housing services team.
* Direct and manage the day-to-day activities of the responsive maintenance team, ensuring high standards are met and expectations are exceeded.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to the team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
* Collaborate with contractors to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services.
* Develop and implement effective data collection and reporting systems to inform business decisions.
