As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll play an important role in supporting leaders and teams across Fiona Stanley Hospital. You'll partner closely with clinical and non‐clinical stakeholders to deliver practical, people‐focused HR solutions in a fast‐paced environment. Working within the HR Connect team, you'll help create a positive workplace experience for employees while contributing to high‐quality patient care outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Partnering with leaders to deliver clear, practical HR advice and support
* Interpreting and providing advice on multiple industrial instruments
* Guiding workforce planning, change initiatives and position management
* Supporting the resolution of employee matters with care and professionalism
* Coaching and developing an HR Consultant to build team capability
* Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
* Experience in HR roles within large or complex organisations
* Confidence working in fast‐paced, high‐volume case management environments
* Strong relationship‐building skills with a collaborative approach
* A practical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
* A willingness to learn, grow and support others
* Strong change management skills and experience
