Graduate Occupational Therapist Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with children and adults with physical, neurodiverse, and developmental disabilities. About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in Occupational Therapy to launch their career. The successful candidate will have the chance to provide therapy services in various locations, including clinics, schools, preschools, homes, group homes, via telehealth, or at day programs. You will have opportunities to attend internal professional development and access a generous external professional development budget relevant to your caseload and personal development goals.
* Provide timely and evidence-based intervention to people across the lifespan, including pre-schoolers, school-aged children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with a range of conditions.
* Manage your caseload efficiently and effectively, delivering individual, group, or consultative therapy interventions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients with diverse needs and abilities.
2. Develop and implement effective treatment plans, tailored to each client's unique requirements.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
* Registration with AHPRA.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Current driver's licence and willingness to drive within the region.
* NDIS worker check.
* Current first aid and CPR certification.
