About the Role
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team in a supportive rural aged care home. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in delivering person‐centred care and enhancing the daily lives, wellbeing, and independence of our residents.
Working closely with a collaborative clinical and care team, you will assist residents with activities of daily living including personal care, mobility, meals, and social engagement, while building meaningful relationships and creating a warm, welcoming environment. You will have the opportunity to make a genuine difference within a close‐knit regional community where your contribution is valued and appreciated each day.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care including assistance with showering, dressing and grooming
* Support residents with mobility and safe manual handling
* Assist with meals, hydration, and daily living activities
* Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
* Observe and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing
* Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
* Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
About You
You'll thrive with us if you have:
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
* Previous experience in aged care or a similar role (desirable)
* A genuine passion for caring for older people
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, team‐focused attitude
* Ability to work across a variety of shifts
* Understanding of person‐centred care
* Current National Police Check and NDIS (or willingness to obtain)
