We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment and systems, maintaining asset health, developing maintenance strategies, managing risks, and improving performance.
* Demonstrate expertise in operating conveying equipment, dust extraction systems, milling equipment, process equipment such as cyclones, pumps, piping, valves, tanks, agitators, rotary kilns, gas burners.
* Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies by collaborating with Senior Planners and engineers.
* Maintain accurate plant and equipment master data essential for safe and reliable plant operation.
* Identify potential risks that may compromise refinery performance/quality outcomes and propose mitigation measures.
* Work closely with inventory management and vendors to optimize parts inventory, including spares selection, stocking strategy, and spares preservation.
* Ensure precise maintenance through detailed quality scopes of work.
* Produce high-quality maintenance packages and schedules to maximize equipment reliability and labor productivity.
* Analyze data to manage the performance of the maintenance function (work management, materials management, defect elimination).
