Job Title: Supply Chain Planning Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sustained improvement in our Integrated Business Planning and supply-chain planning process across Australia & New Zealand.
This is a high-profile role where you will be responsible for delivering and continually evolving our IBP step-based improvement plan covering our alcohol and non-alcohol product categories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, co-ordinate and deliver improvement plans for each different step within the IBP process (Portfolio Review, Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-Exec Review, and Exec Review).
* Assist in the monthly execution of the Integrated Business Planning process.
* Enhance supply-chain planning processes, metrics and tools to create a performance mind-set and deliver service and cost improvement.
* Motivate and build capability within the IBP and Planning function to deliver an engaged, high-performing planning team.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organisational and communication skills as well as:
* Knowledge and experience in IBP / S&OP.
* Highly refined impact and influencing skills (up to Exec level).
* Astute at understanding P&L management.
* Project management / process improvement experience.
* Relevant tertiary qualification.
