About the role: The Senior Manager, Business Improvement Project Delivery is responsible to the Director, Business Improvement for leading the Project Delivery arm of the Business Improvement directorate, to oversee the delivery of a suite of complex transformation initiatives aimed at reducing admin burden in schools and preschools and modernising the way we work through provision of world-leading systems and processes.
This position is accountable for leading the implementation of a program of reform projects, managing a team of specialist IT professionals, with skills in business analysis, process improvement, human centered design and organization-wide system implementations.
About you: Experience in leading delivery of a complex program of reform Stakeholder engagement and change management expertise to drive multi-divisional reform Experience in managing key relationships to deliver optimum business outcomes, including application of technical nous to translate technical terminology into digestible, tangible solutions High level project management and/or business analysis expertise to deliver business objectives Strong strategic, planning and problem-solving skills that contribute to delivering business outcomes Essential qualifications and competencies: An appropriate tertiary qualification including post-graduate qualifications in an appropriate discipline desirable or relevant experience.
Experience leading in a large and complex organisation at an executive level, ensuring the translation of priorities into executed deliverables.

Special Conditions: The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.
