Food & Beverage Manager – Busy Local Pub | Events & Entertainment
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our busy, community-focused pub in Williamstown, Melbourne.
This senior hospitality role suits a hands‐on Hospitality Manager / Pub Manager / Restaurant Manager with strong leadership skills and proven experience across food and beverage operations, events, functions and entertainment bookings.
About the role
* Manage all food and beverage operations across bar, dining and functions
* Lead, train and roster front‐of‐house hospitality staff
* Oversee events, functions and entertainment bookings (live music, trivia, private functions)
* Manage stock control, suppliers, ordering, wages and budgets
* Maintain high customer service standards and venue presentation
* Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety and hospitality regulations
* Work closely with kitchen and venue management to drive revenue and guest experience
About you
* Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, Pub Manager, Bar Manager or Restaurant Manager
* Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and staff leadership
* Confident managing functions, events and entertainment programming
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Hands‐on, reliable and calm under pressure
* Current VIC RSA (Food Safety certificate highly regarded)
