THE ROLE

Bringing mobile battery technology into traditionally diesel-reliant industries requires a shift in how people think about power, and in particular, how they think about temporary power. The status quo to resolve temporary power needs is a diesel generator – our mission is to shift this thinking towards Powershift battery solutions. Central to this mission and Powershift's overarching growth objectives is establishing, growing and maintaining a healthy pipeline and customer base.
The key purpose of the Sales Co-ordinator role is to support our growth objectives through actively working with the business and our front-line sales team to more efficiently and effectively manage our sales process and deliver against pre-determined sales targets.
To achieve this, the role at a summary level entails:
* Streamlining our end-to-end sales process through acting as a bridge between the sales team and key internal and external stakeholders
* Co-ordinating sales team activities including scheduling, organising sales materials, setting meetings and removing any obstacles to progress
* Supporting the creation of key sales documents including quotes and proposals
* Managing and optimising key business sales platforms, such as our HubSpot CRM
* Tender support and tracking through various sales platforms such as Estimate One
* Monitoring team progress and reporting on sales activities back to management

Essential Criteria
* Alignment with Powershift's vision and mission as defined in this PD, with a strong drive and motivation to support growth and scale
* Experience working closely with and/or in sales teams
* Experience with sales CRMs and navigating project database tools
* Confidence to cold call when seeking information for the business, with an ability to develop trust and rapport with external stakeholders
* Ability to work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders and to act as the bridge between key business functions to streamline the sales process
* Ability to work well in a team to achieve collective outcomes
* Strong drive to achieve efficiencies and to optimise systems and processes
* Highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
* Desire to learn about Powershift's products to enable representation of the business
* Proactive and solution-oriented
* Must hold an Australian drivers license.
* Must have the ability to travel both interstate and intrastate as required to support sales activities
Preferred but not Essential Criteria
* Experience in a similar role
* Experience with HubSpot, BCI and Estimate One platforms
