Gold Coast Private Hospital is seeking an experienced professional to deliver outstanding customer service in our consulting and sessional suites on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
Qualifications Must have demonstrated ability to manage high level conflict with professionalism, sound judgement & effective de-escalation strategies.
Proven Business Development/Practice Manager experience within a medical clinic/hospital.
Have advanced IT skills.
Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment with competing priorities.
Able to establish professional working relationships with VMO's.
Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day efficient and safe running of the Consulting Suites.
Build relationships with VMO's and their staff.
Ensure services are provided to VMO's in a timely manner and with excellent customer service.
Accountability for staffing, recruiting, onboarding and training.
Service provision to tenants (permanent and sessional) and management of written tenancy agreements and licences.
Lead, coach and develop Administration Officer team members, furthering a high-performing team.
