* Operate heavy vehicles safely and in line with compliance requirements
* Lead and support removal crews on daily jobs
* Coordinate loading, unloading and safe stowing of goods
* Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the move
* Maintain vehicle checks, equipment and safety standards

* Current MR licence
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills
* Safety-focused with a solid understanding of compliance responsibilities
