Job Overview
We need to modify our small medical centre's current toilet to make it a disabled-friendly toilet, including widening the wall as per building code & guidelines.
The renovation is required due to water leakage downstairs and must be completed in a short timeframe, as a tenant currently occupies the unit.
Responsibilities
Strip old bathroom, supply and install cement sheets for flooring and walls.
Waterproof the entire area.
Supply and install shower base, shower screen, vanity, and toilet seat.
Tile the shower and floor area, replacing plaster and tiles where necessary.
Maintain the existing shower layout; keep costs down.
Qualifications
Experienced in bathroom renovation with comprehensive knowledge of rules and regulations.
Valid license and insurance.
Flexible on timing and project schedule.

Inspection welcome.
Other than the shower area wall, the rest will be gymbrook only.
No tile.
