We are partnering with a leading ASX listed organisation to appoint a Business Operations & Enablement Manager to support a high-impact Data, AI & Innovation function at an exciting stage of growth. Location: North Sydney Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH Salary: $140–170K package (incl. super) This is a pivotal position operating as the right hand to senior leadership, ensuring the function runs with clarity, structure, and momentum. You will sit at the center of operations, enabling delivery, alignment, and engagement across a fast-evolving portfolio of initiatives. The Opportunity You will take ownership of the operating rhythm, coordination, and execution across a dynamic Data, AI & Innovation environment, ensuring priorities move forward and stakeholders remain aligned. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in driving efficiency, strengthening engagement, and embedding ways of working that support scale and impact. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the operating rhythm, including planning cycles, leadership forums, and team cadence Maintain portfolio visibility, tracking priorities, dependencies, and key decision points Coordinate workshops, offsites, and stakeholder engagements end-to-end Prepare high-quality executive and board-level communications and presentations Act as a central point of coordination across leadership, delivery teams, and stakeholders Support day-to-day business operations including planning, logistics, and vendor coordination Enhance team culture through engagement initiatives, events, and onboarding experiences Provide executive support including calendar management, travel, and action tracking About You Experience in business operations, Chief of Staff, or transformation support roles Background supporting senior leaders within technology, data, AI, or innovation environments Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills High attention to detail with a structured, proactive approach Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments Strong capability in preparing executive-level materials and insights Why Apply?
