Electrical and Instrumentation Project Lead
We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Project Lead to join our site-based team on a major infrastructure project.
* This key role will oversee all E&I construction activities on site, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery in alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
About the Role
Reporting to the Construction Director, this position will lead and manage all aspects of E&I execution, including planning, coordination, and supervision of E&I construction teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement effective project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of E&I construction activities.
2. Lead and coordinate E&I construction teams, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.
3. Maintain accurate records and reports of E&I construction progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may impact project delivery.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of E&I construction activities with broader project objectives.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, instrumentation technology, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in E&I construction, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide E&I construction teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in MS Office and other project management tools.
