Job Description
Unit Manager Community Infrastructure Delivery: We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the delivery of major community infrastructure projects, including new community buildings and associated structural upgrades.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for achieving community outcomes.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bring a collaborative and solutions-focused approach to infrastructure delivery.

Requirements
Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in engineering or a similar field are preferred.
Registration: Registration under the Professional Engineers Registration Act is also preferred.
Experience: The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in capital infrastructure delivery, preferably in local government.
Skills: Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainable design practices is essential. Proven experience in contract and project management frameworks is also required.
