Role Description
This is a part‐time, on‐site Compliance Manager role based in Lindfield, NSW. The Compliance Manager will oversee the company's adherence to regulations, conduct compliance audits, and manage risk‐related activities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing compliance policies, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, training staff on compliance standards, and supporting internal audits. The role involves direct communication with various departments to ensure policies and procedures are effectively implemented and followed.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements is preferred
* Critical thinking and problem‐solving skills, with attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Staying updated on laws, regulations, and industry standards
* Ability to collaborate across departments and facilitate adherence to compliance standards
* Prior experience in a compliance role is desirable
