As a Design Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in design management.
The Role
* Assist with implementing a comprehensive project launch plan and preparing the project Design Management Strategy.
* Establish a structured design package listing and participate in design reviews to achieve internal signoff of design.
* Monitor progress and communicate changes to construction personnel.
* Participate in regular reviews to evaluate alternative design proposals.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering.
* 3 years' post graduate experience in project delivery.
* Knowledge of project management structure and implications for project accountabilities.
