* Ability to use exceptional communication skills to manage client expectations through workshop and feedback sessions
* Ability to summarise solution proposal including inputs, considerations, and recommendations concisely and accurately to obtain feedback and approvals
* Ability to constructively and confidently challenge client requests that fall outside of scope or viability considering technical feasibility, delivery timelines and cost implications
* Familiarity with ISO 20022 messaging standards and the application in payment platforms
* Understanding of domestic or international payment systems (e.g., NPP, BECS DE, BPAY, HVCS, and SWIFT cross-border)
* Knowledge of interchange and scheme fees
