What you'll be doingThe Solutions Architect is responsible for shaping and delivering technology solutions that align with the district's strategic vision and enterprise architecture.
This role bridges business needs with technical capabilities, ensuring digital health initiatives are future-ready, integrated, and outcome-driven.
Reporting to the Senior Solution Architect the Solutions Architect collaborates with product managers, clinicians, and delivery teams to guide digital transformation and optimisation efforts.
The role is instrumental in translating strategic objectives into actionable technology roadmaps, fostering innovation, and ensuring alignment with broader NSW Government health priorities.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a Health discipline, and/or equivalent experience.
Extensive demonstrated technical management, clinical and enterprise architect experience and being the project lead in successful change and adoption practices across digital health programs.
Awareness of existing, new and emerging technologies, and processing environments with insight into information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks.
Proven capacity to create, contribute to and implement complex strategic initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change and improve performance.
