What you’ll do
Provide timely, practical HR advice across the employee life cycleDraft, review, and refine HR documents — from contracts and policies to reports and correspondenceSupport clients with interpretation and application of the Fair Work Act, NES, and compliance mattersContribute to the development and implementation of people strategies and HR projectsBuild strong, trusted relationships with clients through clear and professional communication
✅ What we’re looking for
Experience in a generalist HR or advisory roleStrong initiative and ability to work autonomouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSound understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislationAbility to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and integrity
