Occupational Therapist – $90k to $110k + Super + Bonuses + $2.5k PD

In this role, you can build confidence, develop quickly, work with a supportive multidisciplinary team and have a caseload shaped around your strengths and goals.
About the role
You will provide OT services to adults and/or children across a range of settings, including homes, schools, clinics and community environments. Your caseload may include NDIS participants, private/self‐funded clients and future aged care referrals as Sigma expands this service area.
You will work alongside Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Psychologists and other professionals, with regular opportunities to collaborate, learn and contribute to service growth.
In this role, you will
* Assess and support adults and/or children across home, school, clinic and community environments
* Deliver evidence‐based, person‐centred OT services tailored to each client or participant's goals
* Complete functional capacity assessments, therapy plans, progress notes and reports
* Support assistive technology, daily living skills, community participation and capacity building
* Work closely with families, carers, support workers, schools and other professionals
* Use streamlined systems and modern practice software to complete documentation efficiently
* Contribute to a positive team culture through shared learning, peer support and collaboration
* Continue developing your clinical skills with mentoring, supervision and professional development
What you will bring
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, or eligibility before commencement
* A valid WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle for metro Perth outreach
* NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
* Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain if required for your caseload
* A genuine passion for evidence‐based, client‐centred practice
* A positive, team‐focused approach and a desire to keep learning
* Strong written communication and professional documentation skills
