About The Role
We are looking for a New Home Sales Consultant to join our team at the Skyridge Display Centre in Worongary. This is a newly created second consultant role designed to support growing enquiry.
You will partner with customers at one of the busiest displays, guiding them through the early stages of building their home. From first conversations to tailored quotes, you will help bring their plans to life while building strong referral networks across agents, developers, and local communities.
This role also provides the opportunity to broaden your reach beyond the display, with a focus on strengthening relationships and capitalising on growth markets across Northern NSW.
What You'll Be Doing
* Welcome and guide customers through the display experience
* Understand customer needs and translate them into suitable home solutions
* Prepare pricing, quotes and initial sales documentation
* Manage and nurture a pipeline of enquiries and appointments
* Build referral networks with agents, developers and local contacts
* Work alongside another consultant and the wider sales support team to deliver strong results
* Maintain consistent follow up that converts enquiry into signed contracts
About You
You are an experienced New Home Consultant, or a strong sales professional looking to step into residential construction, who enjoys working with customers through important life decisions.
