About the Role
In this role, you'll deliver high-quality pediatric OT services across clinic, school, home, and community settings. You'll have the opportunity to shape your caseload based on your interests and strengths while working closely with families, educators, and allied health colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of functional, sensory, cognitive, and developmental skills
Interpret assessment results and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations
Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals
Set measurable, achievable goals in collaboration with children, families, and care teams
Deliver clinic, school, home, and community-based interventions
Work within a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, speech pathologists, educators, and medical practitioners
Coordinate care plans, attend case reviews, and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
Maintain accurate, timely notes and client records, ensuring compliance with organisational, ethical, and professional standards
Prepare reports for NDIS, healthcare providers, insurers, and schools
