What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the driving force behind growth and engagement across BHP’s Local Buying Program (LBP), including:
* Enabling the relationship between some of Australia’s smallest local Suppliers with one of Australia biggest companies
* Building and activating strong, competitive supplier networks
* Leading stakeholder engagement and market activation
* Delivering data-driven insights and performance outcomes
* Embedding continuous improvement and digital innovation
* Coaching and developing your team to deliver in full, every time
What we’re looking for
You’re a natural leader and relationship-builder who brings:
* A strong growth and commercial mindset
* Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes
* Experience working across complex stakeholder environments
* Data guru with enhanced Excell or Power Bi skills – able to make the complex simple
* Confidence to lead teams, conversations and change
* A passion for creating meaningful impact beyond the numbers
