The Opportunity
This role goes beyond sales. You'll shape how TrendPac partners with
Coles, Woolworths, Metcash
and other retailers to deliver growth through smart
joint business planning, innovation, and execution
. You'll collaborate with R&D, operations and marketing, and you'll help us lift decision-making with
data and AI-enabled insights

What you'll do
Own growth plans and JBPs with major retailers; deliver
concept-to-shelf
launches
on time, in full, on margin
.
Build multi-level relationships (buyers, category, supply chain, finance, exec).
Navigate retailer systems/portals to streamline collaboration and speed to shelf.
Negotiate
trade terms, pricing and promotional programs
that grow revenue and margin.
Partner with
R&D, operations, and marketing
on pack/claims, SRP, forecasts and readiness.
Use data (incl.
AI-enabled
tools) to improve demand planning,
promo ROI
, assortment and customer insights.
Champion sustainability initiatives aligned to retailer
ESG
priorities.
Track performance; surface risks/opportunities; report portfolio results.
What you'll bring (must-haves)
Success managing
major retail accounts
(e.g., Coles, Woolworths, Metcash).
Strong working knowledge of retailer commercial &
supply chain processes
and portals.
Proven product lifecycle delivery in
FMCG
(concept ? launch ? in-life).
Commercial acumen across
pricing, margin, promotions, contracts
.
Excellent stakeholder influence and relationship management.
Nice to have
Experience with retail analytics/BI (e.g., Power BI; NielsenIQ/IRI; retailer datasets).
Exposure to
AI-enabled
tools for sales, forecasting or insights.
Background or strong interest in
sustainability/ESG
within FMCG.
Category experience in
home or personal care
.
