About The Program
CatholicCare NT (CCNT) is a not-for-profit organisation committed to building safe, respectful, and empowered communities across the Northern Territory.
We provide services throughout the NT, including service centres in Darwin, Palmerston, Malak, Tiwi Islands, Daly River, Wadeye, Jabiru, Katherine, Tennant Creek, Alice Springs, Santa Teresa, Titjikala, Finke and APY lands.
About The Role
The Coordinator Housing Programs is CCNT's internal specialist for CatholicCare's Specialist Homelessness Services. The role enables program and site managers across four NT regions to lift service quality, meet contractual targets and build workforce capability. Key functions include project management, coaching, data-driven improvement stakeholder engagement.
The role monitors program performance and reporting and provides support to the Housing Manager to ensure high quality and performance driven programs.
What We Are Looking For
* Relevant tertiary qualification and minimum of 5 years' experience in the Community Housing Sector.
* Demonstrated expertise in housing and/ or community services program management, service quality improvement and staff capability building.
* Proven success partnering with Aboriginal organisations and working effectively in culturally diverse contexts.
* High-level organisational skills: ability to juggle multiple projects, meet targets and maintain compliance.
