Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to up to 2 Executives
* Manage complex calendars across time zones with precision
* Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
* Support leadership team cadences and key annual events
Requirements:
* 5+ years supporting senior executives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
* Demonstrated success managing competing priorities across regions and time zones
* Experience with meeting facilitation, event management, and team communications
* Budget administration and procurement coordination experience preferred
