Cadet Program
A Buildcorp Cadet is a core part of the team, receiving strong direction and exposure to a range of diverse projects. The 2-year program includes completing core disciplines and achieving defined learning outcomes within various teams and areas of the business unit in the streams of Engineering, design, on-site contracts administration, estimating & site supervision. The program offers structured support, including guidance from subject matter experts, a designated mentor, a learning passport with defined core disciplines, learning and development programs, and networking opportunities to set you up for success in the industry.

Eligibility
* Students in their second last or last year of a construction, project management, engineering, quantity surveying, building design, trade or building-related qualification
* At the time of application, candidates hold Australian/New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
* Credit Grade Average
* Be able to commence a 4-day working week (1 day Study) in early March 2027
* Driver's License (Provisional or Full)
* White Card Certification
Apply for the Cadet Program
Please apply to be considered for the Buildcorp Cadet Program. The formal recruitment process will begin in late August 2026, with cadets commencing at Buildcorp in early March 2027. The recruitment process includes online assessments, phone screening and a recruitment assessment centre selection day.
