WA Health policies require applicants to undertake a criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process. As well as undertaking a criminal record screening and integrity checking, you may also be required to undertake a working with children check (if required for the role) and a pre‐employment health assessment. Referees may be asked to comment on your integrity and past demonstration of ethical behaviour. Adverse information is considered as part of the appointment process. A satisfactory pre‐employment health assessment is required; failure will result in the offer being withdrawn.
Position Profile
Outpatient Manager – responsible for the management, leadership and performance oversight to ensure the delivery of quality site and area outpatient services. Drives service improvement to enhance equity of access and service performance, safety and quality. The occupant must demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling organisational values, safety and quality improvement, and the Code of Conduct. Compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, standards and legislation, including Confidentiality and Work Health and Safety policies, is mandatory.
