We also have an education arm where we teach and coach our clients to manage their own marketing efforts.

Who We're Looking For
COM Marketing is looking for a natural-born conversationalist, connector, and relationship builder who is passionate about helping businesses in the health and fitness industries grow.
We are the leading fitness & wellness marketing education company in Australia and New Zealand, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow and learn with us.

About the Role:
We are looking for someone with experience in sales within the fitness and wellness industry. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to qualify new leads and set appointments for potential clients. You should be highly motivated, fun, and have a passion for working with people.
Your Main Tasks Will Involve:
* Calling fitness & wellness professionals who have opted in, and getting them excited about how we can help them grow their business.
* Identifying businesses that want to grow and need our support on that journey.
* Setting, confirming, and managing appointments.
* Pre-qualifying leads and booking them into events and webinars.
Position Details:
* Part-time or Full-time – Flexible hours, with the ability to work from home or in our vibrant Sunshine Coast offices.
* Commission Structure – Competitive hourly rate with uncapped commissions based on target earnings.
