About the role:
We’re looking for a skilled Digital Marketing & Communications Specialistto lead campaign strategy, content creation, and digital communications across multiple channels. This role combines hands‑on campaign execution with data‑driven optimisation to drive brand visibility and lead generation. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute multi‑channel digital campaigns (email, paid search, LinkedIn, web, webinar). Build and manage nurturing workflows, landing pages, and conversion funnels in HubSpot or Salesforce. Monitor campaign metrics, report on ROI, and continuously optimise for cost per lead and conversion. Content Creation & Messaging
Write and produce digital content: blogs, EDMs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and product launch materials. Translate complex technical concepts into engaging, customer‑focused narratives. Maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all marketing materials. Marketing Automation & Analytics
Manage and optimise marketing automation workflows (lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation). Maintain dashboards tracking MQLs, SQLs, traffic, engagement, and campaign ROI. Identify insights from analytics to guide future campaigns. Digital Presence & Communications
Oversee MST’s website content, SEO, and UX improvements. Manage MST’s social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, others) with consistent content cadence. Support internal communications — e.g., monthly intranet updates and sales enablement briefs. Partner closely with sales teams to align campaigns with business development priorities. Coordinate with product and regional teams to ensure unified global messaging. KPI's:
Marketing‑attributed lead generation (% of total pipeline). Campaign ROI and conversion rates. Growth in website traffic and engagement metrics. Number and quality of content assets produced. Sales team satisfaction and alignment. Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within technology, mining, or industrial sectors. Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with technical product exposure. Experience in campaign reporting, CRM integration, and lead attribution models.
