Sales & Client Success Enablement * Apply understanding of lead generation and sales operations to optimise CRM pipelines and customer journeys. * Improve visibility and reporting across the full client lifecycle. * Implement system automations that enable Sales and Recruitment teams to deliver stronger client outcomes. * Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Data & Reporting * Collate, analyse, and present performance data across Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, and Client Success functions. * Build and maintain dashboards using Excel, Zoho Analytics, and reporting tools for leadership visibility. * Track campaign effectiveness, conversion performance, and operational KPIs. * Support executive reporting through clear insights, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations. Marketing & Project Coordination Support * Support implementation tracking and reporting of marketing initiatives and campaigns. * Monitor performance against KPIs and contribute to process refinement. * Act as a coordination point across departments for system and process-related initiatives. * Contribute to cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with business objectives. Strategic Alignment * Participate in executive discussions where data insights and system visibility inform decision-making. * Translate leadership strategy into CRM functionality, automation, and workflow design. Support scalable operational infrastructure aligned with broader company growth objectives.
