Property and Land Data Specialist
Temporary – Full Time. The Property and Land Data Specialist will provide expert support in the management, analysis and documentation of land and property data within Council's Pathway (Infor) system. This role ensures the integrity, reliability and long‐term sustainability of data that supports statutory planning and other key Council functions.
Responsibilities
* Analyse and maintain data configurations within the Pathway system.
* Identify and mitigate data and system risks.
* Develop clear documentation to support decision‐making, training and knowledge sharing.
* Support planning‐related projects, system optimisation and future data models.
* Assist with maintaining Council's property register and production of Planning Certificates.
* Contribute to continuous improvement in land and property information management across the organisation.
Qualifications
* A diploma in information management, data management, spatial systems, planning or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
* Experience managing land and property data within enterprise systems such as Pathway (Infor) or similar.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data models and configurations.
* Well‐developed written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities and manage competing priorities while maintaining service continuity.
* Experience in local government or statutory planning, system transformation, or data improvement initiatives is highly regarded.
