I am seeking a Private Clients Senior Manager or Director to join a leading Big 4 accounting firm in Brisbane. This Senior Manager or Director opportunity is within a high-performing Private Clients practice, advising a sophisticated portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, family groups, and privately owned businesses.
The person I am looking for will most likely be a Manager from a Big 4 or mid-tier firm looking to step up to a Senior Manager role, or a current Senior Manager from a Big 4 or mid-tier firm looking to step up to a Director position, or an existing Director within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm looking to be part of a high performing team and a more collaborative team culture.
The Role
In this Senior Manager or Director position, you will:
* Lead a portfolio of high-net-worth and privately owned clients
* Deliver complex tax advisory, structuring, and wealth preservation solutions
* Oversee both business advisory compliance and high-level strategic advisory engagements
* Play a key role in driving practice growth and client relationship development
* Mentor and develop a team of senior and emerging professionals
* Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions
About You
You will bring:
* Significant experience in private clients / UHNW tax advisory within a Big 4 or mid-tier environment
* Strong technical expertise in complex tax and business structuring matters
* Proven leadership experience managing teams and client portfolios
* A commercial mindset with strong relationship management skills
