Role Description
This is a full-time role in a paid full service media agency, for a Paid Social speicalist with a passion for Ticketing & Events.
The successful candidate will be highly capable in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with strong hands-on experience managing campaigns, analysing performance, optimising activity in platform, and communicating directly with clients.
The role combines client management responsibilities across WIPs, calls and email communication, alongside the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid social campaigns focused on event awareness, lead generation and ticket sales. While Meta will be the primary platform, the role will also support broader digital and programmatic activity designed to drive audience engagement and ticket purchases.
Responsibilities include campaign setup and management, reporting and insights, performance optimisation, strategic media planning, and supporting overall ticket sales outcomes across live entertainment and event-based campaigns.
Important Information about the Role
As some of our event clients are internationally based, this role will also involve video calls across different time zones during peak event periods. Due to the nature of live entertainment and ticketed events, there will occasionally be a requirement for campaign changes, monitoring or client communication outside standard business hours, including evenings or weekends when required. Where additional hours are required, these can be managed through time in lieu arrangements.
Qualifications
* Experience with Ticket Sales paid digital media campaigns
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Meta - Paid Social Experience (3+ Years) - building, scaling audiences, maximising ROAS
* Proficiency in managing paid social media campaigns and interpreting performance metrics
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Familiarity with event ticketing platforms and tools is an advantage
