We are currently seeking caring and dedicated Aged Care Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis in the Coolangatta area.
What You'll Do
* Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
* Supporting clients with meals and daily routines
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Performing light household duties (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
* Following care plans and accurately documenting services provided
* Working collaboratively with our care team to ensure safe, high-quality support
About You
You are someone who genuinely cares about improving the lives of others. You bring:
* Compassion, patience, and reliability
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently in clients' homes
* Flexibility and responsiveness to changing client needs
Requirements
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or currently studying nursing/health
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Full working rights in Australia
