You will have:
* Experience in a similar role in pub style environment
* Great banter and be customer service oriented
* Solid Food and bev knowledge
* The ability to work and drive your team to efficiency and success
* Understanding of financials and BOH procedures/stocktakes etc...
* Be able to work a rotating roster
