Site Inspector and Engineering Coordinator
Part of the Weeks Homes Sales Estimating team reporting to the Sales Estimating Manager. The key focus is to conduct and coordinate timely, accurate pre‐tender site inspections which identify, document and report all relevant site conditions, existing structures and access considerations to support informed estimations/quotes. The role includes:
* Conduct site inspections across allocated locations, completing Pre Tender Assessment (PT1) forms.
* Report and document site conditions, capture photographs of access, services and existing structures.
* Engage with prospective customers onsite, marking out proposed home positions with survey stakes and providing guidance on site‐related queries.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Construction, Sales Estimating, Planning & Drafting) to communicate findings and ensure accurate transfer of site information.
* Manage the Engineering inbox, ensuring emails are actioned promptly or directed to the appropriate department for timely response.
About you

* Has exposure to the building and construction industry, ideally with knowledge of building regulations and ability to interpret floor plans and engineering reports.
* Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
* Demonstrates excellent communication skills, with a professional approach to engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Is proactive and self‐motivated, able to work independently and use initiative.
* Holds a current South Australian driver's licence.
