We're now looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to lead the delivery of transformative Salesforce solutions and help our clients achieve meaningful outcomes—especially as we deepen our expertise in Agentforce and AI-driven service experiences.

Must-haves

* Proven ability to identify and propose multiple tailored solutions
* Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and implementation best practices
* Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus points if you
* Have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Are familiar with Agentforce and passionate about its potential to revolutionise customer service
* Have worked in Agile teams (especially with Scrum)
* Use data to drive insights and value-added recommendations
