Regional Group are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team at our Mobile Project site at Boulder Creek Wind Farm, Rockhampton QLD, commencing mid November 2025.
The primary focus of therole is the successful delivery (end to end) of the mobile concrete project and deliver the project safely, within budget, to a conforming quality and to the client's satisfaction.
With a focus on safety, project delivery, asset management, mobilization and demobilization of concrete plants, operational project budgeting, client liaison (including claims and contract management) and concrete product management and optimization.
This role has overall leadership for the project and the manager is expected to foster a good team culture, demonstrate personal leadership and values that align with the expectations and values of Maas Group. The Manager must actively manage safety to prevent loss or injury, control budget to achieve financial outcomes and foster strong client relationships to create opportunities for future work.
Responsibilities include:
* Zero LTI's (Lost time injuries)
* Zero rollovers
* Financial, operational and safety management for the project
* Develop, implement and actively maintain safety standards for the operation
* Active involvement in contract management, including claims and variations submissions.
* Leadership and management of staff at Boulder Creek Wind Farm
* Foster a good team culture to drive safety and operational excellence
* Project operational budgeting/ forecasting and delivery
* Co-ordinate QA testing of concrete as required by project and client specifications. Communicate test reports to external and internal stakeholders as required
* Participate in regular production planning with various managers across the Regional Concrete business to secure the supply chain for raw materials and agitator trucks
Essential requirements:

* Plant operator tickets
* Knowledge & Experience of Legislation requirements
* Knowledge & Experience of WHS requirements
* Knowledge & Experience with Estimating, Sales and Marketing
* Knowledge & Experience with Quality Management Systems
* Knowledge & Experience with Fixed & Mobile Concrete Plants
* Experience in Concrete technical role
* Knowledge & Experience as a supervisor in similar role and /or supervisory competencies
* Ability to pass medicals and inductions as requested and required.
