Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will :
Prospect and convert potential clients into new business opportunities
Conduct cold calls to build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads
Meet with prospective clients and build long-lasting relationships
Identify key decision-makers and tailor your approach to win their trust
Research, target, and nurture both new and existing client relationships
Skills & Experience
You're a natural networker with a polished, professional presence and a drive that won't quit.
You know how to manage your time, set goals, and smash them.
Experience with PropertyMe is a plus, along with strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
A current Property Management Registration will put you ahead of the pack.
