Diesel and Dirt is currently looking for a new Field Service Coordinator to assist in day‐to‐day operations at their Perth office. The role involves ad hoc travel to sites to meet with field personnel, senior management, and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Managing field service personnel, ensuring jobs have appropriate parts and labour, and that workers have required inductions, medicals, work licences, and site access.
* Building relationships and ensuring workers carry out their duties in line with company values.
* Preparing estimates for clients and ensuring invoices are correct and completed on time.
* Monitoring mobilisation of offsite work to ensure labour hire and field service crews comply with client rules and meet both client and in‐house expectations.
* Providing resources and support in partnership with the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Consultant.
* Working with the leadership team to promote the business, identify new customers and new areas for work.
* Presenting the business with pride and resolving complications and problems faced by clients.
Qualifications
* Relevant trade background – Cert 3 in a mining‐related discipline.
* Customer focused and accountable.
* Team player with an enthusiastic, proactive work nature and a positive attitude.
* Goal‐oriented with the ability to solve potentially complex problems as required.
* Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills; keen learner interested in learning the workings of a MEM contracting business.
* Practical thinker with good reasoning ability.
