The role of an Administration Officer is to provide high level, competent, administrative, and clerical support including quality customer service and undertaking projects and research.
The Administration Officer is an important team member, providing critical administrative support to ensure guardianship services can be delivered efficiently, effectively and meet our.
A typical day can include tasks such as:
- Processing of over 250 emails per day into a CRM database.
- Answering phone calls, providing information or redirection where required and taking messages.
- Responding to office needs, providing administration support to guardians and managers.
- Coordinating staff travel arrangements in line with policies and procedures.

About you
- We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in providing high-level administrative and clerical support to staff as well as a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Strong attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong IT and organisational skills as well as demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy on all deliverables within set deadlines.
- Adapt and prioritise tasks and have a strong understanding of providing high quality customer service.
Essential requirements
- Advanced levels of Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Experience providing high-level administrative and clerical support.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
