Your role
We're looking for a proactive and people‐focused Workshop Supervisor to lead our busy workshop and keep operations running at their best. In this role, you'll oversee the day‐to‐day workflow, support and mentor a team of talented technicians, and ensure every job leaves the workshop meeting our high safety and quality standards. You'll play a key part in maintaining our plant, equipment, and facilities, creating a clean, organised, and efficient environment for the team to thrive in. You'll be the central link between the workshop, customers, and management — keeping communication clear, jobs on track, and performance targets in sight. Qualifications
* A trade qualification in Mechanical, Diesel, Heavy Equipment or similar
* Leadership skills and confidence coordinating a team
* Strong troubleshooting ability and workshop experience
* A commitment to safety, quality, and great service
* The ability to stay calm, organised, and adaptable in a busy environment

Job location
Our office in Brisabane QLD. This role requires you to work on‐site at our office. You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face‐to‐face collaboration.
