The Opportunity Are you an experienced, flexible and proactive Administrator with fabulous interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, along with experience working autonomously? The Administration Officer will: Prepare, edit and format a variety of document types both according to templates and developing new documents Proactively anticipate upcoming needs and manage workflow to ensure work is completed to the highest standard, on time, every time Develop, review and maintain templates across the range of tasks Support the team with research and present findings Monitor multiple email accounts and prepare email responses for team members Monitor multiple calendars and create events and invites for team members Assist with developing and posting social media updates Assist with preparing and circulating event flyers Prepare meeting agendas in advance, record & prepare detailed meeting minutes Our Offer We offer a dynamic, modern, autonomous working environment with the opportunity for growth and development for the right candidate in a regionally based company focused on supporting small to medium business.
